As a member of our crew, you can expect:

to engage with guests; listen to their goals & make product recommendations to support their journeys
to keep guests informed about our community events, running & walking programs
to help carry out operational tasks like checking in inventory and organizing stock - a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask is a bonus!
to help keep the shop tidy and orderly
to be able to lift a minimum of 30 pounds
to have a flexible schedule
to enjoy product discounts and comped entries to our races
to wear running or sportswear clothing and shoes to work each day
to gain a deeper connection to our run community
